This high-quality cast aluminum pan doesn't stick due to its extremely durable Greblon non-stick coating. The very manageable (cold) handle is made of "soft-touch" silicone material. The ALUMAX frying pans have a smart higher edge and, due to their unique conical shape, offer 20% more cooking surface. This brings the following advantages:
